I have struggled for many years with weight fluctuation, useless and damaging diets, a booty with no tone at all and a complete lack of self confidence. I grew up being told that cellulite is genetic and once you have it, you can’t get rid of it without costly cosmetic procedures and that having a fit body is mainly due to genetics as well. When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea of what I should eat or not and how much I should train. I got confused over nutrition and diet and only got contradictory information. This led me to do a lot of research and testing until I found something that helped me get a body I feel more confident in.

I’ve come to realise that being healthy goes far beyond simply having a fitter body. It has more to do with your mind and learning to love and accept yourself just the way you are, while working on leading a healthier lifestyle. A lot of us wrongly think that having a ‘nicer body’ will solve all our problems, but it won’t. I’ve learnt that self-confidence doesn’t come merely from having a nicer body but rather from being in harmony with yourself and being proud of yourself. It took me some time to figure out something that works for me and I want to share my own experience with you.

My ultimate goal is to help as many of you as possible become more self-confident and be HAPPY and FIT.
