Hey guys! I’m Zoe Andersen aka @zoehappyfit, and like most women I struggled for many years with useless and damaging diets, a booty with no tone at all and a complete lack of self confidence.
I grew up being told that cellulite is genetic and if you have it, you can’t get rid of it and that having a fit body is mainly due to genetics as well.
Then, when I was 26 I started my fitness journey and after a lot of trial and error, I found out that with the right exercises, I could actually shape my body the way I want!
I also came to realise that being healthy goes far beyond simply having a fitter body, but that it all starts with loving yourself the way you are while working to achieve your goals, and this is the message I want to share.
